The forum is made up of two financially experienced members. The chief executive, financial director, executive committee, chief audit executive, risk manager, compliance officer and external audit partners also attend the forum meetings. Forum meetings are held at least four times a year. Our auditors, executive committee and other employees of Glacier Financial Holdings (Pty) Ltd are not part of the Risk Forum.
The forum follows Sanlam Life's Audit and Risk Committee’s charter, which is reviewed each year by the Board to make sure that it is aligned with King II and international best practice.
