Baillie Gifford
Toby joined Baillie Gifford in 2006 and is co-head of the Global Income Growth Team and joint manager of The Scottish American Investment Company Plc (SAINTS). He has co-managed the Global Income Growth strategy since 2013 and more recently was instrumental in developing the Responsible Global Equity Income strategy for clients looking for a responsible approach to investing in equities for income and growth. Since joining Baillie Gifford, Toby has also spent time as an investment analyst in the UK Equity team and as a global sector specialist. He graduated with an MA in English Literature from the University of Cambridge in 2006 and is a CFA® charter holder.

Sherry is the senior product strategist for the Global Real Asset Securities team. She joined BlackRock in 2012 as co-global chief investment officer and chair of the Investment Committee for the Global Real Estate Securities Group with 25 years of experience in real estate and real estate securities.
Sherry most recently served as the senior portfolio manager, REITs-Americas for Aviva Investors Global Listed Real Estate Securities Team. She was previously a managing director and portfolio manager with ING Clarion Real Estate Securities with $10 billion in assets under management. Sherry's experience includes global, US, income and long short hedge fund mandates. Prior to ING, she worked for AEW Capital Management, the US Environmental Protection Agency and the General Services Administration.
She graduated from Haverford College and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She sits on the BlackRock Americas Investment Stewardship Advisory Committee. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. She serves on the FTSE Nareit Index Series Advisory Committee and is a member of the Advisory Board of Governors for Nareit. She is co-chair of Nareit's Dividends through Diversity Initiative Steering Committee and is an active member of Wharton Women in Leadership.

Lucy received her BA degree (magna cum laude) from Williams College in 1996 and her MBA degree from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management, in 2004. Prior to graduate school, she worked for approximately two years each at Merrill Lynch as a financial analyst, Dodge & Cox as a research assistant, and NBC Internet as a senior product manager. Lucy rejoined Dodge & Cox in 2004. She is a shareholder of the firm and a CFA® charter holder.
Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Javier is head of the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) group in EMEA and AEJ within Goldman Sachs Asset Management and leads the Alternative Investment Strategies and Client Portfolio Management teams in London. He also focuses on product development, communications and strategy for the QIS platform in the institutional, private wealth and third-party channels. Javier joined Goldman Sachs in 2010 and was named managing director in 2013.
Prior to joining the firm, Javier was a senior strategist and head of UK and Europe Strategic Accounts and Client Solutions at Barclays Global Investors, where he had a lead role in the design, marketing and development of the multi-strategy hedge funds and global multi-asset products in Europe, Latin America and Asia Ex-Japan.
Javier earned a BA in Financial Management and Accounting from The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, and an MSc in International Securities, Investments and Banking from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
Portfolio Manager
Prudential
Marc joined M&G Investments in London in 2017 as lead portfolio manager of the Prudential Global Funds. As part of M&G’s Macro Investment team, he is responsible for all investment decisions relating to the Prudential Global Funds. He also works closely with Prudential’s investment team in South Africa and is a member of the M&G Prudential Group’s Global Markets Forum.
Prior to joining M&G, Marc worked for Prudential Investment Managers in South Africa where he was the chief investment officer for nearly seven years and head of Equity for 10 years. He also managed several award-winning equity, multi-asset and international portfolios and has over 25 years’ investment management experience.
Marc’s qualifications include an MBA from UCT and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
